I bought the chocolate whey isolate - the taste is excellent and mixes really smoothly. It’s rich and chocolatey, exactly what I was looking for!I’d recommend being a little careful when purchasing as it wasn’t entirely clear which flavours were whey isolate vs regular whey.The value for money is excellent with this though, I’m very happy.

The flavour is tolerable and I say that because there are now lots of protein powders on the market that are truly delicious without that off whey taste.This unfortunately does have an of whey taste, it also tastes very artifical and sweet. I can't really complain because it is the cheapest iso whey at the time of writing on Bolo that I could find.It doesn't mix well either, so ideally you need a blender or a very good shaker to get this smooth.If you still get indigestion problems from using this whey, then I recommend trying hydrolysed whey protein, it really does make a difference to digestion levels but be careful because lots of suppliers call it hydrolysed whey but it is in fact a blend of iso and hydro!I hope someone finds this review helpful.

I've had my fair share of protein powder brands and types, and I think this is definitely good quality: it's affordable; it tastes alright; and it combines well with both water and with milk.Disadvantages: Taste isn't crazy; Way too sweet if you ask me

Nice flavour, cheap and quality ingredients. Mixes very easily. Make sure you get a flavour that is whey isolate, and as someone else said the packaging is pretty terrible lol. I've had to use a peg to seal the bag, but hey the powder is good so that's all that matters really.

He probado varias proteínas y sin duda está es una de las mejores que he probado.🟩En cuanto al sabor, hay que destacar que se ha conseguido bastante bien, no sabe a aditivos ni artificial.Yo compré el de chocolate pero probaré el de fresa que tiene muy buenas reseñas🟩En cuanto al envase, en mi caso, la opción de 1 kg de producto viene en una bolsa que se abre y cierra de manera perfecta para evitar desperdicios de la proteína.🟩En cuanto a la calidad, me he sorprendido para más. Por el precio no me esperaba gran cosa pero es una marca muy reconocida que además tiene certificados de seguridad en la proteína y su calidad.🟩En cuanto al uso, lo he usado con un shacker y se disuelve super bien, lo he probado tanto con leche como con agua y ambas va súper bien.🟩Idea de batido:Un plátano, media taza de avena, un tazo de proteínas=~27g y leche.🔹Ideal para aumentar músculo.🟩Post Entrenamiento300 ml de agua con un tazo de proteínas.Remover super bien y tomar en el plazo de 30 minutos recién acabado el entrenamiento.🔹Ideal para recuperación muscular.🟩Ingesta de proteínas diaria para aumentar y mantener músculo.Tomar aproximadamente el doble de gramos de proteínas a tu peso.🔹60 kg =~ 120 gramos de proteínas al díaRepartidos en 5 o 6 ingestas.🔹El cuerpo no es un almacén de proteínas. Wenn die Nährwertangaben ZU gut sind...
Nachdem vor einigen Jahren der Milchpreis kurzzeitig explodiert ist und damit auch alle milchbasierten Produkte teurer geworden sind gehen Eiweißpulver ganz schön ans Geld. Auch nachdem der Milchpreis wieder auf sein vorheriges Niveau gefallen ist blieben die Preise für Eiweißpräparate oben, wobei die seit vielen Jahren auf dem Markt vertretenen Marken pro kg teilweise doppelt so teuer sind wie noch vor zehn Jahren. Da scheint es willkommen, dass neue Marken - wie auch hier PBN - zu jenen in Konkurrenz treten und mit Preisen werben, die deutlich unter denen der "Traditionsmarken" sind. Und das trotz enorm guter Nährwertangaben: 87% Eiweißgehalt und weniger als 1% Fettanteil würde PBN hier mit zu den Spitzenreitern der Whey Isolate machen.Nun, "würde", denn die Werte sind so gut dass mich das bei dem verlangten Preis sehr skeptisch werden lässt. Die sind einfach ZU gut. Nach kurzer Internetrecherche scheint die Skepsis auch berechtigt: ein privater Tester hat sich die Sache mal genauer angeschaut und mittels Labortests ganz andere Werte herausbekommen, als jene, die auf der Packung angegeben sind. (der interessierte Nutzer kann besagten Test auf einer Bekannten Videostreaming Plattform oder via zum selben Konzern gehöriger Suchmaschine finden - Stichwort "Fitness Food Corner") Bis zu 10g Protein weniger und bis zu 4g Fett mehr (je pro 100g) ließe das PBN Whey Isolate allenfalls noch in Konkurrenz zu anderen Whey Konzentraten treten, im Vergleich mit anderen Isolaten jedoch ganz gewaltig absteigen. Abgesehen davon, dass das nicht nur ärgerlich für den Verbraucher ist wäre das außerhalb des gesetzlich akzeptierten Toleranzrahmens - und der ist schon sehr großzügig ausgelegt.Eine Weile war das Produkt nach besagter Analyse aus dem Sortiment verschwunden, jetzt ist es jedoch wieder mit den selben Nährwertangaben erhältlich.
Buen sabor y buen envase.
El sabor es bastante bueno y se mezcla muy bien punto de destacar también que viene bien empacado en una bolsa con un zip que funciona.
Demasiado edulcorante
Vengo de tomar otras proteínas y la verdad , me dejé orientar por las reseñas como habitualmente vengo haciendo.Sin embargo en este caso , tengo que decir que me llevé una desilusión con este producto:No de disuelve tan bien como otras marcas. O por lo menos tengo que agitarlo más tiempo en el vaso batidor.El color queda muy pálido cuando está totalmente disuelto; me gusta un color chocolate intenso (lo mezclo con cacao para que me convenza .)Y la principal queja: lo dulce que sabe. Tiene demasiado edulcorante. Si se trata de comprar suplementos fitness para estar bien, para qué endulzar algo que no es saludable...Habrá gente que sí le guste el sabor dulce, pero es mejor añadirlo en casa y vender un producto lo más natural posible...
Gutes Isolat Preis Leistung stimmt
Auf der Suche nach einem bezahlbaren Whey Isolat bin ich hier auf dieses gestoßen. Inzwischen sind ja bei den Marktführern wie z.B. ESN die Preise nicht mehr zu verstehen. Ein Isoalt fast 40 EURO. Bestellen kann man da ja nur noch, wenn es Sonderrabatte wie 25% gibt. Und selbst die einfachen Whey Proteine sind teurer als dieses PBN. Geschmacklich ist es ok. HAbe es zunächst mit Milch probiert. Da ist es sehr cremig und sahnig. Der Schokogeschmack kommt leicht durch. Es ist nicht so süß wie z.B. ein Scitec Protein oder das Designer Whey von ESN. Aber das muss es auch nicht. Wichtig ist dass die Werte gut sind und des es wirkt. Und das kann ja keiner außer ein Labor testen. Wir müssen immer vertrauen auf das was drauf steht. Und bis keiner das Gegenteil behauptet glauben wir das mal.
