Currently weaning my girl onto this for her skin under Dr advice. For anyone who sees that there is milk in the ingredients, yes it still contains milk however this product has undergone extensive hydrolysis meaning cow's milk proteins that are broken down into even smaller pieces, often to the point where the baby's system doesn't recognize them as an allergen. Don’t forget these formulas are vetted by professionals and undergone rigorous testing before hitting the shelves. Hope this clears things up for anyone with concerns
