Really smooth writing experience for a reasonably priced pen. I am a big fan of cross pens and this is no different. The colour of the pen is lovely, and whilst the plastic does feel a little cheap, it is to be expected in this price range for a brand like cross. It comes with a cartridge, and it uses the newer type converter and not the older style screw in converter. This does mean that for a functionally point of view it is a little frustrating that it does not use the same converter as the other cross pens that I have.

I am giving this pen a 5 star as it writes perfectly, I have 2 one with a Fine nib and one Medium. Both pens have not leaked and for the price I do believe the finish and use of this pen definitely warrant the 5 stars. There is an issue with the cartridges however in that it will only take the short cartridges from manufactures such as Diamine or Kaweco. I tried longer cartridges and they just dont fit. Now either there is a small cartridge stuck in the body of the pen or it just wont fit a longer cartridge I really dont know. If I want different ink in these pens I shall just refill a small cartridge with a syringe. It does feel like a more expensive pen but the cartridge size may not be for you.

The quality of the nib is excellent, 5*. With it being bent slightly, it is a wonderful "all day pen". The feeling in the hand is very light and feels cheapisch - a shame, 4*. The finish is good, my pen arrived scratched, 4*.The nib and it's quality really makes this pen. Ideal pen for school, every day writing, high school etc.

Gorgeous colour. Lovely glossy feel. Good smooth nib, good ink flow. Although this is a good make in fountain pens no cartridges were included and no ink converter.

It is a nice pen and it writes nice but where are the cartridges or even a converter. Talk about a skinflint company. If you are going to buy this fountain pen be warned, it needs an ink cartridge or a converter. Otherwise it'll be an ornament.

I bought two of these and Good Lord! The convertor just doesn’t fit. I have the green colour of this very same pen that I bought from a store, and my Parker converter fits perfectly in it. Now, for some reason, they not only reduced the diameter, but if you think you can still find a suitable converter, NOOOO. They made the body have a stopper half way through so no converter ever goes in. You can ONLY USE mini sized ink cartridges, that are hard to find in the ink brand of your choice. I do not understand why they had to do this. The pens look good and that is the only redeeming feature.
Very hi recommendable Fountain pen, a real surprise for the price.
Writing quality, quality is much higher than the price (which is in the same group as Lamy or Kaweco). Very smooth writing experience, ink runs off easily, highly recommended. Use specific Cross cartridge or converter.

I received my order, but I'm disappointed with the packaging and the pen, both of which look cheap. It doesn't come with an ink cartridge or converter. Cross pens are supposed to be a prestigious brand, but this experience has tarnished that reputation. Overall, it was a poor choice.

Billiges Plastik, dazu undicht. Die breite Feder gefällt mir, aber was nützt einem die, wenn man immerzu Sorge haben muss, nach dem Schreiben blaue Finger zu haben. Mmn nicht empfehlenswert.
No compatibale converter to be found cause a cartridge was stuck way deep in the barrell.
It seems there is no converter fit for this. Just proprietary refills? Wasted plastic and money and limited inks. Should not be sold. Writes ok. Much more cheap versatile options.Update: apparently they shoved a cartridge way up in the barrel no size if converter may fit. I had to pull it out with herculean effort to burst and extract it.Buy something else Cross should sell it as a daily rhriw away pen. And its really not a very good pen.
