A bit wow . Amazingly fluffy and clean pure taste . This organic Himalayan basmati is a different level of rice whikst affordable. Not sticky nor heavy . I don’t like rice much so I have been enjoying cous cous for tummy friendliness and amusing tongue. But , I am coming back to this again and again . Delicious !
