Base dosent seem to remove to clean properly so not very hygienic the last one I had xant buy now it had all removable parts

We have recently found a proper butcher and now buying ham and beef joints. As we find it almost impossible to cut deli thin slices with a knife we bought this electric slicer. Now no problem cuts any thickness with ease. It is very sharp but also very safe. Great value device. Highly recommended.

After 10 months of occasional use, the item decided to catch fire and smoke bellowing out everywhere.Further more the manufacturer is using nothing but delay tactics to deal with the issue and send me a replacement.They ask loads of questions and what the product back to examine it, but only when they have it back will they send me a replacement of the same model.Comms then stop on arranging a date for collection, like they are no longer interested.If the wife would let me i would plug it back in and take a video to show it burning up to share worldwide - the manufacturer needs to take accountability.

It's a cheap item that just about does the job. It's mainly made from plastic so there is a bit of flexing when cutting. I've used it to cut ham joints and blocks of cheese which it does a reasonable job at slicing. The biggest problem is with cleaning, little pieces of meat get stuck in the machine and need to be removed with a toothpick or similar implement. It's OK for occasional use.

I just shreds it. The blade is too slow even on high speed, not sharp enough. I live in Australia and they send this rubbish with a UK PLUG. Doesn't tell you that in the description. $100 TOTALLY WASTED. I've been using slicers for decades, never had anything so useless. I doubt Bolo will do anything ABOUT IT.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT
