I've used this brand of silicone baking parchment for years - both in my capacity as a chef, and at home. It does its job exceptionally well, and to date, I've never had anything stick to it.It's also great for wrapping loaf-shaped cakes to give as gifts - or more usually in my case - for church and village bake sales!Because it's 45cm wide, it means it fits pretty well all baking tins, dishes, and trays, and the 50 metre length means that it lasts for ages, making it incredibly good value for money.Top tip: when blind baking a pie shell, roll out your pastry between two sheets of this parchment, then slide the whole thing straight into your pie or quiche dish. Keeping the top sheet in place, gently ease the pastry into the corners, flutes, or edges of the dish. Lift up the paper, prick the pastry all over, then replace the top sheet, and add your baking beans over the the top. Bake as normal. This method also works for rolling out pizza bases, although obviously, you don't need to blind bake those!
