I bought this as a healthy fat for cooking and to make golden paste for my dog. It's really good! Makes everything taste delicious! It is fairly expensive but a little goes a long way! I think it's best kept in fridge, much easier to use and less messy that way

Absolutely amazing ghee best I’ve had since moving back to the U.K. from Middle East. The smell is pure caramel and the texture and colour reminds me of ghee butter on my travels to India. It’s organic and the taste is Devine. I was using Nav’i ghee but have switched onto this. Taste 10/10 fantastic customer service from the company as their was a glitch with Royal Mail delivery . They actually called me straight away personally on the phone which is an absolute rareity as half the time it takes days for companies to get back to you. Lovely customer service 10/10. Make the switch as this is the best ghee butter you will get outside of India 😃

lovely product great to cook with.i know it is organic, but it is double the price of non-organic Ghee.when you consider that organic milk is around 24% more expensive that standard milk it's difficult to explain a 100% mark up in organic Ghee prices Vs non-organic ghee prices.price aside it is a great product which i enjoy using and will continue to use sparingly.

I'm not an expert in ghee but have been using it for some time now. Upon opening this jar it appeared to have a mix of pure clear liquid at the top and small solid lumps at the bottom. I assumed it was half melted though I'd never seen ghee look this way even when half melted. When using it to cook parathas I had a strong smell of burning, as if I was cooking with butter. I have never had that smell when cooking with other brands of ghee as it is supposed to be completely pure and contain no milk solids which would burn. I am not satisfied with the quality of this product and hope i can get through it quickly.
