Reason for 4 stars is because it doesn’t have auto shut off like most toasters do, so unfortunately you have to stand there and now again manually pop the toast up to see if it’s done. That’s the only let down, other than that the size is great, gives a nice browning to the toast. First time using don’t put bread in as it lets off a burning smell but that’s normal as it’s just burning off the chemicals on the metal internally. Leave the toaster on for a few minutes and the burning smell will disappear. Functions well!

Best toaster I’ve ever bought. My husband asked me to get one, I tried to talk him out of it because of past purchases. But this one evenly toasts and does so in record time. The finish on the outside is practically impenetrable. Very well made. Would by again

Bought this after comparing the reviews to many other toasters and was not disappointed.Both slices are evenly toasted, no darker bars from heating elements, no half toasted side.A normal supermarket slice will fit, you have to flip the bread on it's side.Not sure how well a slice of bloomer will fit, but I don't buy them often enough to care about itIt also looks pretty smart.

Bought this when my other toaster broke. Very good & easy to use buttons. Browns evenly & has a setting for frozen bread. Nice colour in black all in all a very good purchase..

Nice toaster, doesn't brown very much but this suits me as I don't like dark toast. Sometimes it's doesn't toast evenly but it's not a problem for me.
