Easy set up. Volume control related to TV model. If the volume buttons don’t work on the Sky remote you need to press 1 & 3 together and follow the on-screen instructions and the Sky box will help you find your TV model and when it does the volume buttons will work. At least mine did. Hope this helps.

If you’re looking for a replacement Sky Q remote control, this is the one for you. At first, I noticed that the volume button on the voice control didn’t work. I didn’t realize that you need to pair it with both your TV and your Sky Q box. Luckily, there’s a video on the Sky Q box that shows you how to do this, making the process easy.

Excellent item, new model of SKY. Works well in finally the talk bottom at the corner and not on the side which required every time to say cancel when touching it by mistake. Delivered in one day!

Fernbedienung muss ggf. zurückgesetzt werden, anschließend funktionieren z.B. die Lautstärketasten
Anfangs war ich sehr irritiert, die Fernbedienung funktioniert, alle Tasten gingen einwandfrei AUßER die Lautstärke Regelung! Das konnte nicht sein! Ich habe dann im Internet recherchiert und bin fündig geworden, man muss, sollten nicht alle Funktionen der Fernbedienung funktionieren muss diese zurückgesetzte werden.Folgend die Anleitung: Drücke dazu gleichzeitig die Tasten 7 und 9 auf deiner Sky Q Fernbedienung und halte diese gedrückt, bis die Status-LED viermal kurz aufblinkt. Um deine Sky Q Sprachfernbedienung nun erneut über Bluetooth mit deinem Sky Gerät zu verbinden, drücke die Tasten 1 und 3 gleichzeitig. Im Anschluss wirst du durch das Konfigurationsmenü geführt. Bitte beachte, dass für die Einrichtung eine ununterbrochene Sichtverbindung zwischen der Fernbedienung und dem Sky Gerät bestehen muss.Gern geschehen :-)
