I first tried this shampoo after a client forgot it at the hotel.( I tested it for 1 month ) My hair gets way softer (after the first use) than any other shampoo or conditioner that I've used, although the menthol smell can't be compared to "tee three by Paul Mitchell" it still gives a refreshing feeling.Many people complain about dandruff after using it, but you got to understand that every hair is different and you must test for yourself until you find THE ONE. (for feedback purpose, I have mix hair, straight but very thick hair)For me, this is a great product, the only negative side is that it's extremely hard to find in a "physical" store and it is a 2 in 1 ( hairdressers, models, ..blablabla.. they don't like 2in1 for a reason, right? ).Last comment: I still have to test it for a while before giving 5 stars and if It's not all that, I may try their shampoo only with caffeine .
