The result keeps for longer than that made with fresh eggs as this is sterile because of the freeze drying. I make it with a stick blender in a wide-mouthed jar and the resultant mayo has an excellent flavour. I'm a bit of a mayo addict so it is great to always have this to hand so I can indulge!

Always liked dried egg scrambled eggs during and after the war and this reminds me of those days.Not sure what my mother used - milk or water or whatever - mixed with the powder, but the taste is very close now to the one I remember.

Product is fine but the package was damaged on delivery as it's just in a thin plastic bag the Bolo driver gave it to my Yong assistance dog.... Eggs yummy

I only use this for baking as I doubt it would make a decent omelette. It is really handy to have in the cupboard for when you need it. Perfect for cakes, baked items and pancakes.
