After delivery, comfort and convenience are everything, and these really delivered on both.They’re super soft, breathable, and stretchy in all the right ways. Unlike the mesh hospital underwear, these actually stay in place without digging in or rolling down — even with a big pad and ice pack. I felt secure but not restricted, which made a huge difference during those first few days of healing.I wore these for the first couple of weeks postpartum, and they held up great through multiple washes (although they’re technically disposable, they’re very reusable). The high waist was especially helpful after my C-section — gentle enough not to irritate the incision but still supportive.If you're building your postpartum recovery kit, don’t skip these. They may not be glamorous, but they’re exactly what you need when comfort and practicality matter most.

Second time purchasing this item. A must have for post partum recovery! It is soft, stretchable and airy. Extremely comfortable to wear, it’s hard to believe it’s meant for one-time use.
