These helped massively with the pain but I think they contributed significantly to my episiotomy stitches breaking down on day 2. Would steer clear of anything damp if you've had stitches!

These were a life saver! I can’t recommend them enough. I think I used up about 5 packs of these. I tried another brand where it comes in small circular pads but these are much more convenient. They also make a good postpartum gift I got them for my sisters postpartum journey. Definitely add to your baby registry for a %off
