Brilliant pump. Fantastic response and customer service from hygger!Unfortunately the impeller plastic shaft wore down and snapped within a year. I am using this pump to empty my duck pond every one or two weeks.I looked online for a replacement impeller and ordered a couple from Bolo but none fit this pump. A few months later (which was this week (08/08/2021) I looked and went onto the hygger website and filled out a form stating the problem and if they do replacement impellers and if they could help. Monday (09/08/2021) I had an email asking for Bolo order number and my address and they would try and help. A day (10/08/2021) after I provided these detail I had an email stating they would send me a replacement, it could take 5-7 days. Brilliant I thought a new impeller will work a treat.Today, (11/08/2021) a day after I received the email to say I will be sent a replacement, I have a new complete pump. So surprised as I thought I was only getting the impeller but I got a whole new pump!!Thank you so much to hygger!!! Brilliant company and customer service!!

Bought for a DIY auto fish tank water changer and I had to elevate the bucket as it wasn't powerful enough. Only pumps to around 80cm or at least thats my testing with my auto fish tank water changer.it is better and more powerful than others i have bought like the Flintronic submersable water pump but that one is smaller and cheaper. It is silent though and looks like it will last a long time. Its a bit smaller than I would have thought but it needs a 3 pin plug unlike flintronics usb power. It can also pump water up to 2cm low and i would highly recomend. Decent flow rate too for only around £15. I know I could have got more expensive options but I saw the reviews and decided to give it a go. It is working out well after a problem where I accidently scattered all of that parts over my room when opening the stiff bag, I bought a tube that was slightly to small so I ended up using pliers to stretch it and slot it over the output nossle. It is handy I can remove the nosle because I can the allow water to flow 2 ways when it is removed from the pump. It looks fairly powerful and it has a little handle so you can pick it up off where you stuck it to with the suction cups with ease. The downside is it gets noisier when it is pumping water upward and doesn't like it when you block up the flow of the water. It does the job and i Would reccomend overall

I bought this pump to do water changes on my 400 litre aquarium. I am really pleased with it. I chose the 2500 model, and my main concern was about it being powerful enough to pump the new water back into the tank. I need not have worried, the power is great, and actually more than I had hoped for. It easily pumped water from my bathroom, through 20 ft of tubing, and up over 6- 7 ft in height !!!! It is so quiet in use, just a gentle humming, and also the suction cups work just at the right strength and easily detach with a gentle pull. I highly recommend this product for this aquarium job......... makes this job so easy , much faster and saves your back from using buckets 5 STARS.

I read many reviews about this, good and bad. Initially I thought it was a good sturdy bit of kit and made well. Dropped it in my Aquarium for a big clean, switched it on and it sucked up the water straight away and it was great, pumped water out a lot quicker than expected. Then came the problem, switched it off to empty my bucket, switched it on again and nothing! Had to physically suck the water through the pipe to get it going 3 more times. Tried it again today for another tank water change and nothing, has stopped working completely, even when sucking the water through physically.Very disappointed and will be returning for a refund.

Surprisingly powerful, used several times to empty a disgusting paddling pool that had turned green and was full of bugs n leaves. Sucked it down to about 2cm depth where it was easy to just tip out the remainder.

Purchased this to quickly water change a 254L fish tank. To pump around 50L of water takes around ~90 seconds whilst pushing the water up ~2 metres. Very good head pressure and works well.No problems at all with it, although I do make sure to only run it under water - these pumps can die very quickly if you run it out of water (I.E dry).Very good pump, very good value for money, happy :)
