I think the reason people were complaining about it not working on arrival was because the batteries were still in their plastic wrapper.This is not a high quality item... But you get what you pay for. I have a short A-Level equivalent maths course and want to get something that was as cheap as possible. This does what I need it to and I'll not feel like I've spent too much money on it. If this was £20+ it would have had a 2-star or lower review.It took me a bit of time to figure out how to make it do what I needed it to, but this is my first scientific calculator and the maths I'm doing is many levels above anything I've done before. It is doing its job well so far

i initially brought this because of a low budget as im year 11 in school and need this item ASAP and i have not even changed the battery yet, its battery life is OUTSTANDING !!! its so easy to use and i swear even if i gave it to my grandma she would know how to use it. everything is shown in the right place and it doesnt get rid of the calculation when you press '='. it functions so well, i was using it in 27°C when i was doing my mocks and it didnt lag or turn off once. i would definitely recommend getting this calculator for school. its genuinely one of the best calculators i have had.
