It’s really hard to find organic wholemeal pasta in different shapes. So nice to find this, and of course it’s delicious.

The trick to a good pasta dish is to find the perfect shape for the sauce. I love farfalle for creamy mushroom/salmon sauces. This is the only GF version I’ve found but the pasta is excellent; a little pricier than the supermarket shapes but with a lovely texture. Will definitely keep this on my subscribe and save list.

I was so excited to see bow shaped gluten free pasta. Before I was diagnosed coeliac I had this shape pasta all the time and I’ve missed it so much! Haven’t tried it yet but it looks good and the packaging is reassuring. Good price for gluten free pasta too!
