Bought for my elderly mother, who needed a simple-to-use machine with very few instructions to remember. She's getting on well with it and enjoys the various flavour coffee pods we ordered to go with it. For the price it's very good value - having never bought a coffee machine before I can't compare it to anything with more bells and whistles, but it seems fairly robust, doesn't take up much room on the kitchen counter and is easy to use. Heats up really quickly - 15-20 seconds max before you can start making the coffee. It's perfect for Mum.Just one slight niggle - the basic operation instructions in the box were written in every language EXCEPT English! Found a video online that got us up and running in about 60 seconds, so not a big deal, but my mother wouldn't have been able to figure it out on her own.

Feeling a little ripped off.
Pay attention to the amount of servings!! Starbucks brand only gets you 6 servings.
Soooooo pricey!
I was dealing ok with the price because these are flavours I can’t find but then I got hit with another $15 in fees when I picked it up at the post office.May be good coffee but definitely not worth the price!
