I think it's helping but they are very big and I struggle to swallow them and they leave a nasty taste in my mouth.

Great product - used to buy a brand delivered directly from India that were more expensive & unreliable delivery.I stopped taking them after my last order didn’t arrive. Best choice for ashwagandha. It's cheap and it works. No allergic reactions or side affects. Keeps me calm without any additional drowsiness. The strength is perfect and I like that it also has black pepper which is great for metabolism. I've used this brand for a while and won't buy anything else

I started taking these about two weeks ago. I have noticed a difference in my mood. I didn't think anything would work. I am menopausal and I have tried everything under the sun to help with my symptoms. These are a cute all for all of your symptoms but they definitely help with my mood. They are easy to swallow and a good swap if you don't like drinking the powder form. Definitely give these a try for yourself and see if they help.
