Very pleased with the quality of the bed. Its feels comfortable and sturdy enough. It adjusts really high too if needed. Was fairly quick to assemble with 2 people within 30-40mins. Instructions were easy to understand. The only thing I don’t like is the buttons on the control they seem a bit cheap in comparison. But it works lovely!

After opening the package, I soon realised that the quality wasn't great. Still it would do. However, upon assembling it (yes this is self assemble I'm afraid) I soon came to realise that the main support bracket that connects to the bottom frame and rises and lowers with the chair was assembled the wrong way round in the factory (basically the slat with the hole that the pneumatuc riser goes through was on the top instead of the bottom. What followed was a month of ongoing hassle with the company. Initially I wanted the return for the refund and buy a better quality couch but they said they would give me a sizable discount off the cost if I let them rectify the issue, so I agreed. First I had to send pics of the issue which was easy enough but then they wanted me to follow an instructional video from the factory showing me how to undo the support bracket and swap the sides around and put back together. I said I was not prepared to do this in case it compromised the safety of the frame. I asked them to just collect the couch for a refund. They said they would send a spare part and give me a large discount. I told them that they should send to a different address as our shop was currently closed due to covid. They still sent the spare part to the old address which obviously didn't get delivered. I told them and they subsequently sent to the correct address. All in all this took many emails back and forth with teh company and about a month.This time the support bracket was fine but now the hassle of assembling the couch became apparent. It is basically a two man job as there is a part towards the end when you are connecting the sliding bars to the base that would require a superhero to be able to do alone. What the instructions also don't make clear at the outset are the tools needed; an alan key, a spanner (they don't even tell you what size spanner or alan key are needed so you'll need a set of them) and cross head screwdriver, none of which are provided! That's right, they cant even provide a measly 5p spanner and alan key to assist you, you just have to stop mid operation and go and search for or buy the correct size tools.I got back to the company to say that I had finally completed the assembly, having to pay a handy man to help me at additional cost, and how much would my sizable discount would be. They said they would give me £4! That's right £4!Don't bother with this item it's not worth the hassle and even if you get all the parts correctly assembled first time, you'll definitely need help and the overall quality leaves a lot to be desired.

The media could not be loaded. I love my new electric bed! Been meaning to get one for ages and I am very happy with it as you can see my partner is having fun making sure it is all assembled correctly and checking weight load 😂 it’s very sturdy and so far my clients are saying it’s much more comfortable than my wooden bed. I wasn’t expecting the quick delivery I thought it would take ages but it arrived within 2 days! Very happy indeed. Diane x

I wasn’t sure how well this beauty bed would come out considering the price is a fraction of some other beds. The leather is lovely quality, all in perfect condition and pretty easy to assemble. You need two people to build but I am very happy with the overall result and all the electrics work perfectly too

Bed arrived quickly in two boxes. Really easy to assemble however holes didn’t align so made it very difficult to put all required screws into frame works.It does take two to build due to poor alignment.Once built bed it pretty easy to use and very nice to look at. The back rest and foot rest you manually move the bed only goes up and down.

I love this bed. Costumer said is very comfortable for lashes and massage. It is very good because you can ajut for every single Costumer or for the treatment you proceed. Loved not any problem till now and I have for 2 years now

Bed broke soon after buying,It’s been nothing but hassleI have been back and forth with seller and Bolo to no help , it has been so long trying to resolve issueThat it’s now out of warranty,Only time seller did message back was to offer £20 to fix the broken bed , now spoke to Bolo again to be told bed reached end of warranty and I can’t get any help on replacement , even though I first raised this issue over 14 months agoDo not buy this as if it breaks or is defective you get no help
