As someone who has never really used any supplements before, these have been amazing. They actually taste pretty good (although not the mixed berry).I can have several of these per day (up to 4 I think) and I notice I have more energy in general. They dissolve without any requirement to stirring although you will need to stir or shake if you want to get rid of any traces of solids.Maybe this is only relative to me, but if I drink these too fast my stomach does want to throw up. Do not use these for quick replenishment (ie down some water first if you need quick rehydration, or to quench thirst. Then have one of these).They work great and appear to contain everything I need. I like that they have some vitamins as well as electrolytes.Recently swapped the mixed berry flavour out for mango and it’s much better.

Really good. I have a few water bottles to get me through a round of golf and I tend to sweat out my minerals. I’m sure this has helped me a lot in getting through and being less fatigued. Taste is good for what they are and I would buy again for sure

Been purchasing these for about a year now. Work really well for hydration and great vitamin count. They have really helped my headaches, with a noticeable reduction. Dissolve quickly, with no need to stir. I add ice to make a nice summer cold drink. Great value when buying the three packs. Taste fresh and not like the usual vitamin flavor.

Not very fizzy, can barely taste it in a pint of water. Seems about right with half a pint, means they're not gonna last very long for me. Quite tasty in a half pint, but more than likely will disapear quickly like that, would prefer of they were stronger in flavour for that reason. Not sure if I notice any difference in hydration tbh compared to just water, but I want to cut carbonated drinks out. I would prefer if it didn't have so many added vitamins because I already take mutlivitamins

Ive now been using these for the last few months and heres a quick note of what I found;- Great for a pick up and to hydrate. I notice improvement in my focus, energy, and felt hydrated. Great for a pre/during gym and I always take them on holiday with me.- Love this flavour, I have tried other before too, but i like this flavour the most, its not overly sweet and tastes like juice.- It dissolves really quickly and easily, with no gritty bits. I use one tablet in a water mineral bottle for reference.I would highly recommend. It will definitely help you stay hydrated, whilst keeping up with a busy lifestyle.

Good tasting vitamin drink.
Phizz is great as it perks me up when feeling a bit dehydrated. It has vitamins, so it makes it easier to drink rather than taking tablets. Nice tasting and easy to carry around in a bag for those moments when not at home.

Magari è efficace e non lo saprò mai perchè già dall'odore sono rimasta disgustata. Il gusto è davvero sgradevole e non sono riuscita a finire la prima capsula effervescente. Ho buttato tutto!
