It is beautiful to look at and the quality is excellent. The boil time is 6 minutes, which is fine by me. I haven't needed to use the little glove that comes with it, I find the handle doesn't get too hot. I'm deaf in one ear yet I can hear the whistle from upstairs. When I have visitors and fill the kettle to it's full capacity I can still lift it no problem.

I highly recommend this kettle; it is both beautiful and functional.It works perfectly on induction hobs too. The whistle on the spout is crisp and audible, and the finger mechanism to open and close the lid is very satisfyingly easy to use.As a family we love using it every day.We've had our kettle for 12-months now, and over that time it still looks brand new. This is a testimony to its high quality materials and attention to detail from SUSTEAS.

Wanted a new whistling kettle for my Aga stove and this one is perfect. Stylish and loud whistle( optional as can lift up if not needed) excellent price for a kettle.

Bought this kettle as we have a black Aga and the design and colour of the kettle matches really well.The kettle arrived well packaged and seems well made with a good capacity and good external finish.One of the reasons we chose this kettle was that is is described as having a loud whistle as we have quite a large house and often some distance away from the kitchen.Unfortunately in this regard our kettle falls short as whilst the kettle does whistle it is not very loud and can vary from boil to boil.On closer inspection the lid knob is not very well sealed against the kettle body and the lid is not as tight a fit as it needs to be which can be demonstrted by having a louder whistle when you push the lid down.Whilst not a disaster it is a little disappointing that one of the main features described (loud whistle) is not the case - maybe we are just unlucky with our kettle although have just read a similar comment in another review.Anyway if you have a creatin style of kitchen and don't stray too far the kettel will be fine.

Absolutely love this kettle, fabulous quality and looks great. Very Happy to have switched from an electric jug.. Delivery was quick, would definitely recommend.

Not goodThe kettle looks good but due to the base being relatively small when using this on a gas hob the handle and spout opening mechanism becomes dangerously hot and impossible to touch - the pinch mit supplied is far too small and therefore totally inadequate to protect the user - item returned instantly.

Nice kettle with a quality feel to it, would highly recommend to others, hence the 5 star rating. I did have a small issue with it 12 months on, but after contacting customer services, they were very quick to respond, and provided me with a replacement kettle, so 5 star rating to customer service too. Thanks guys, keep it up !!

Gute Qualität und schönes Aussehen
Ich mag den Kessel sehr und das Aussehen ist wirklich toll. Der Griff hat einen komfortablen, weichen Griff. Ich benutze den Kessel auf die Elektroheizquellen und das Pfeifen ist richtig laut, dann werde ich nie vergessen. Das Beste von allem ist, dass die Material BPA-frei ist und er keine unangenehmen Gerüche hat. Ich finde die Qualität sehr gut und ich glaube ich kann diesen Kessel vielen Jahren benutzen.
Der Wasserkessel ist ein echter Hingucker.
Der Wasserkessel ist sehr schön anzusehen und alles ist so, wie es in der Beschreibung geschrieben steht.Auch der Pfeifton ist zum Glück gut zu hören.Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit diesem Produkt !Die Lieferung war sehr schnell und die Verpackung war gut.Wir hatten vorher einen Kessel von einer anderen Firma bestellt, dieser war bei Lieferung nur in einer durchsichtigen Tüte verpackt und beim kochen trat Wasser aus.Den hatten wir schnell wieder zurückgeschickt.Wir können diesen " susteas Pfeifkessel aus Edelstahl " mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Estoy encantada con mi Tetera/Hervidor!!!Es magnífica, y de altísima calidad (se nota en todo). Además de que tiene un diseño, un color, unos acabados y una imagen externa muy bonita, con un toque romántico que recuerda lo antiguo y el gusto por lo bien hecho.Es sólida, y compacta, con un silbato que te avisa. El guante de silicona es muy práctico para manejarla cuando la retiras de la fuente de calor.La recomiendo muy gustosamente!!!
