These Best Whole Mixed Nuts and Fruit are a delicious mixture of high protein nuts mixed with naturally sweetened Jumbo Flame and Golden Raisins. The nuts are Walnut Halves and Whole Almonds from USA, Whole Cashews from Vietnam and Pecan Halves from Holland. The Jumbo Flame Raisins are from Chile and Golden Raisins from South Africa. The nuts and fruit are a great healthy mix and make a easy nutritious snack anytime. They make a nutritional high protein snack anytime. They are also used as an ingredient in baking, biscuits, muffins, brownies, flapjacks, scones, small and large cakes. Nuts are used to decorate the tops of cakes especially whole nuts which gives them a grand rich appearance like Dundee cakes. Nuts are also added chopped as a topping to ice cream, sorbets, desserts or added to salads and breakfast cereals. Nuts and fruit are a firm favourite added to confectionery in nougat, fudge and chocolate. Flame Jumbo Raisins are plump, seedless, sweet and have a long keeping shelf life. They are picked ripe because they do not ripen after harvest. The raisins are sun dried. They are very delicious and moreish. Golden Raisins are seedless and naturally sweet. They contain no cholesterol and are low in sodium. Raisins are a delicious and healthy snack. Children love to find them in their lunch boxes.
