It wakens me up and I feel I have more energy. I’ve tried a few different brands. This one is great lots of flavours to choose from all nice. Dissolves in a minute or so. These are great value for money some other brands are really pricey for smaller packs. Tube is a good size to travel with if need be. The tablets need to be stored in the original container as it contains a desiccant but the tube is small enough. Highly recommend I will be purchasing regularly.

Various supermarkets sell this kind of product. Did a wee bit of a price comparison without the aid of a Russian accented meerkat, This price is the best value!I can’t live without this product now! Advises taking twice daily, I put 1 of these in water 2 thirds of a glass full. I put it in the fridge overnight, remove in the morning whilst the kettle is boiling for my cuppa, I give it a quick stir, to shift the sediment and it’s the most delicious refreshing drink! I’m guessing it’s worked in some way with me, because I really do feel more energised since starting this routine a few months ago!

Bought these during marathon training as my current flavour had run out. I love ginger and these didn't disappoint. Probably not to everyone's taste but I enjoyed them! Only marked it down to a 4 star as they stained my bottle and made it look pretty gross, but that's to be expected I guess with the turmeric! I find it hard to drink enough water so find these really helpful to get me drinking more and getting more hydrated.

Tasty and feels healthy/revitalising.Dissolves well.I found it stains the glass used so avoid anything precious and rinse your teeth after to avoid staining.Contains a good mix of vitamins and electrolytes with the added benefits turmeric and ginger!
