Sorts out my GERD symptoms without the usual problems that PPIs have and because it's low for absorption there's less risk of upsetting electrolyte levels with frequent use.For muscles and boosting magnesium, I've found that magnesium glycinate works best

I have tried other Magnesium tablets but they have given me stomach cramps but these don't and I certainly get a better night's sleep when I take them which I do about 2 hours before bedtime.

The product does not come in a plastic container. It comes in a big plastic bag. Which in my opinion is not suitable.
