Purchased to put in trainers when I am Zumbering, cheaper alternative to purchasing Zumba trainers ;-)I think they do the job, they are comfortable & not had any problems with them. Easy to wash and keep clean

I recently had a very bad case of Planta fasciitis and couldn’t walk at all, i bought these and although I could still feel the pain somewhat it was bearable enough to move around and in only several days I was able to walk a couple of mile, (I know some experts say 100% rest but I have read so many contradictory reports I decided to go for the use it or lose it approach and it 100% worked for me) obviously we are all different but the best thing Ive used so much so I have just ordered more for all my other shoes.They are very stick when first received so much so they pull small fibres from your socks but it soon stops, it’s not glue, just the natural stickiness of the gel

Brilliant, they are sticky and flexible so can fit in the shoes well. Brought these for my 12 year old son who scooters and gets sore heels. When worn with grip socks in football boots they do move to under the foot so wouldn’t recommend wearing together. With normal socks this is fine and work well and seem like they’ll last for ages. I also washed them in water and still sticky.Great it is a two pack and the different colours help as I have two children so saves the arguments . Worked really well

Fit well in all my shoes. Primarily bought to relieve Plantar Fasciitis. Seem to be doing a good job so far. Certainly cushion impact on the heel in question. Still got some discomfort, but no where near as bad as before.

Sehr gut für den Arbeitsalltag
Ich bin sehr beeindruckt von den gelkissen ich trage die seit ein paar Tagen und bis jetzt habe ich keine Beschwerden. Im Gegenteil es fühlt sich sehr angenehm an meiner Ferse und in meine Schuhe passt es auch sehr gut rein und rutscht nicht. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Die Gelsolen passen gut in den Schuh und haben eigentlich ein guten tragekomfort.Allerdings sind diese nicht so weich wie meine alten. Die GelSollen habe ich als Ersatz gekauft.Wie gesagt sind etwas zu hart, werde mich nach anderen Sollen umschauen.
