Directions
1. Brush and floss your teeth before using the mouth guard. 2. Open package remove guard. 3. Check that guard is free from defects. 4. Place over upper or lower teeth, making sure it covers all fits securely. 5. Use every night as directed by dentist. 6. Replace after 3 nights of use if becomes damaged. 7. Clean with cool water toothpaste each use, store in a dry, place.

Amazing product. Stopped my jaw clenching from night 1. No more waking up in the night & morning with jaw/gum/tooth pain. Don't spend £££s at dentist sorting this issue out (*unless you really have to)I tried full gum shield type mouth guards in the past and couldn’t settle with them for a variety of reasons.These Plackers are so comfortable. You can wear them top or bottom or both ( just 1set was fine for me)Obviously 1st wear you are aware of the little ‘pads’, but you can’t feel the part that joins them is so soft & gentle on the gum. Also I didn’t wake in the night aware that I had them in. Game changer for me.If you clean them properly they last longer than the suggested 3nights per guard.

Apologies for the picture, I’d just washed the retainer. I wanted to show the dents I’ve made in the guard after just one night’s wear. I have been grinding my teeth for at least a year now and this is the only thing I can comfortably wear at night that I’ve tried. I wish they made longer term guards in this style because I hate the plastic waste. This completely stops me from grinding my teeth and my jaw pain is much better. I still think I clench with this on but at least I might still have teeth by my 30s!

These were so tiny that wearing them overnight offered the scary thought of choking on them. Not something that I'm prepared to risk.On the bright side, they were well packaged and easy to get into my mouth while causing no pain.

I used an app sleep recorder and found out that I really make loud grinding sound. Similar to a creaking door that opens and closes. It took me a while to find out it was the sound of grinding teeth.Then having this guard this sound stopped. For my teeth it’s perfect and it doesn’t move and stays in place. I was unsure after reading some reviews here. But I guess mouths are different and it actually fits perfect.Also I notice when I put this guard in my mouth I also stop clenching my jaw. I also have less issues with jaw “muscle” pain which I also tend to have.Anyways, it does what the box says. I am wondering how often I actually can use this. Ideally find something that doesn’t require me to throw away after few uses.

These are an awesome replacement for my lost dentist-made nightguard. I was concerned about other reviews saying they were too small (I'm a pretty big guy) but they work wonderfully. They are small enough not to get in the way and large enough to protect all my teeth. They only actually cover a couple of teeth in the middle of the jaw, but hold the jaw apart just enough that none of the other teeth can reach each other. There's no way I can grind any of the teeth I damage. It doesn't interfere with my tongue, or rub.It does move around in my mouth a little, but doesn't come loose on its own. The instructions are very clear about not using one for more than 3 nights and to discard at the first sign of damage. Each nightguard comes in its own sealed pack, making them great for travel or emergency use too.

I bought these as I had been recommended by the dentist and physio to get something to help with teeth clenching at night.I didn't like the idea of having a massive gum shield in my mouth at night. These are really slimline, and although I am aware of it in my mouth during the night it was comfortable.My only concerned on environmental aspect, is that you have to have a new one every three days. And if I need to wear one long term I may look into getting something more permanent.

I like the fit and minimalist size that fits up or down which prevents abrasion by alternating positions every night. I get a week or two wear, since I don't chew them hard. No problem for me having them stay in place. The one-piece soft material is comfortable, too. I have tried full size heat and mold type and compact adjustable bitewing type, and these win for comfort.
