Always have liked the normal Dettol, cleaning power and possibly oddly I also like the smell. Basically a brand I trust and this didn't disappoint as it cleans well, however in reality I've had other, cheaper brands that have done as good a job. Would I buy again, yes, especially if on offer but I don’t find it irreplaceable as I do their liquid.

Dettol is a trusted brand that does what it says on the packaging. I've been using it for years as a result.On this occasion, I bought from a new merchant as my usual go-to place was ouf of stock. I waited almost a week for it to arrive and when it eventually did, I had to get in touch with the seller immediately, because one of the 4 pouches of Dettol surface spray refills, had completely leaked out. It appeared to have happened ages prior to dispatch because the original box had old, dried-in watermark. However, the Bolo box, outer packaging was sound and dry.I raised a complaint to the seller explaining the situation with photo evidence of course and requested a partial refund for the missing item.To my surprise, I got a prompt response, a genuine apology and a promise to reissued the entire order. I was told to keep the damaged item and a new order will be dispatched to me. Within 2 days I received a brand new box of 4 refill pouches. I couldn't be more grateful. I had a pleasant experience dealing with this seller who went above and beyond to put things right.Highly recommend and will shop with them again. Excellent customer service. Thanks
