For lower carb diets and guten free its a good substitute - as we don't need either but trying to eat more healthily it won't be in the basket again. Horses for courses, if you need a substitute to standard off the shelf dry then give it a go, it behaves like standard wheat pasta and is a taste one could become accustomed to quite easily, try it and see we were pleasantly surprised but we will be sticking to the cheaper version.

My goodness this pasta is vile. Its got a horrible crumbly texture and tastes absolutely disgusting. Was recommended it for my young son as full of nutritional goodness but in fairness to him im not surprised he didn't eat more than 2 bits ,if in wouldn't i cant expect him to.

I had high hopes for this chickpea pasta, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. Despite following the cooking instructions exactly, the pasta completely fell apart and turned into mush. The texture was unappealing, and it didn’t hold its shape or firmness at all. I’ve tried other chickpea pastas before that were much better, so I was really surprised by the poor quality of this one. Unfortunately, it made the meal unpleasant and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Pleasant enough taste. Texture is a bit strange, but I don't mind it... unfortunately my children do though! Bit disappointed that it's such a small box, but for the nutritional value of the contents, I would certainly buy again.

Cooking time was around five minutes. Lovely texture lovely product however I would definitely have a sauce with it because it’s drier than your normal pasta but definitely recommend
