I've purchased these several times as they help support my arches in my shoes, and they're really good. I have found you do have to glue them in place as they tend to slip forward when walking, just a dap of super glue on the rubber does the trick. But aside from that, I can't fault them.

THESE ARE NOT FULL LENGTH INSOLES!!The advertisement shows & states full length insoles, but one delivery opened to find half length insoles & cannot return!!Really annoying after buying SofSole for many years, the company seems to be slipping.

These insoles I have found to be the easiest to fit into my shoes, and with a spongy heel support takes out a good amount of the shock when walking or running. I found that I am hard on my heels, though trying not to be, and the spring that these offer are best for handling my pain. I am able to carry on my couch to 5K using these.

I like these plantar insoles, but I had seriously expected two PAIRS of insoles in a “two pack”. I feel I’ve been conned by deliberate ambiguity. Very, very irritating.

I have tried other cheaper insoles I’ve tried tape but nothing helped.But this insoles were great and comfortable.I found I could walk further.So don’t waste your money on cheap insoles I can definitely recommend this.

I bought these after reading a review on a runners website that recommended them for runners. I liked the solid support of the arch but the soft Gel sole may have been the problem and the 3/4 size always felt like it was lifting as I was running. At around 10 kilometers I always felt a pain that got gradually worse in my heel until it was feeling like someone was sticking pins in my heel. As soon as I removed the trainers the pain was instantly gone. I swapped for a different insole and ran a half marathon in the same trainers with no pain felt.If you are going to get these I would say they are best used for work shoes where they aren't going to take a pounding and you can take the weight off your feet occasionally,NOT FOR RUNNING OR HEAVY EXERCISE.
Komplett untauglich für Plantasfasziitis und man kann sie noch nicht einmal umtauschen
Bei Plantarfasziitis brauchen Einlagen eine starke Unterstützung der Plantarfaszie, also der Fußunterseite zwischen Ballen und Ferse. Diese Einlagen haben nahezu keine Unterstützung und helfen daher bei Plantarfasziitis kein bisschen.

Avevo già acquistato tempo fa questa soletta, a causa di problemi alla caviglia e a causa del mio lavoro sempre in piedi e con 15 mila passi al giorno, di solette in casa ne ho tante e di diversi tipologie ma queste sono in assoluto le migliori mai acquistate grazie sia al gel sul tallone che al supporto in carbonio dell'arco plantare. Tra l'altro grazie al fatto che sono più corte della classica soletta, non creano problemi di cambio taglia, entrano in qualsiasi scarpa senza renderla poco indossabile. Le migliori in assoluto.

Talla L/XL y mide solo 23 cm. Cuando esa talla en otras plantillas es de 28 cm. Que sería lo correcto y equivalente a una 43-44. No me vale y NO ME LA QUIEREN CAMBIAR. Me acaban de robar 20 euros que ne costó esa plantilla inservible.He reclamado a atención al cliente de Bolo y me dicen que no admiten la devolución, que me lea la política de devoluciones. Por esa misma regla de tres si no te valen unos zapatos tampoco los puedes devolver? Tu cuando vas a una zapatería te pruebas los zapatos y su no te valen los vuelves a dejar donde estaban (los zapatos y su plantillas correspondientes).
