It has an ergonomic design - fits in the palm of a hand perfectly. As it is also very light, I can use it for a long time every day as it doesn't hurt my hand. I recommend for anyone who requires a trigger point massage often.

Perfect for getting knots out of easy to reach muscles, particularly on the hip area. I’ve had trouble with my hip flexors for a while, this combined with stretches and mobility exercises has been a god send. (Still find a golf ball in a long sock against a wall the best for knots in the back and flute muscles though).

Purchased because my hands are unstable and I found it difficult to do trigger point massaged unaided. Works well and feels good to hold.

This little tool is perfect for getting into knots!! Easy to use on a partner or by yourself!!! Should’ve bought one a long time ago and I highly recommend!!!

This is an amazingly simple massage tool that gets into the right spots and massages muscles that are causing problems. Smooth and yet strong enough to take your body weight, this little tool is an excellent aid that is light and can be easily carried with you.
One of the useless stuff I bought from amazon
Not sure what was i thinking when i bought it, I though it would be very handy to use for massage purpose but so far I am unable to find that way of doing it.It might be that I hv no understanding on how to use this product but so far I have never used it, and is just sitting and eating dust.
