My son laughed at me not another ankle support lolBut boy soon as I put it on and with the strap and gel pad, instant relief.I need buy another one now as running half marathon in 5 weeks.My actual achillies snapped years ago and now my right one is playing up, but this product is amazing.Highly recommend to anyone with achillies injury or tendinitisFor such a reasonable priced product, only taken me 4 years to find the right one lol

I have been suffering with Achilles tendonitis for several months. This support has made a great deal of difference. Plenty of support, and greatly reduces the discomfort I normally have after sport. Still get some soreness, but the swelling is reduced.

I should've heeded the previous reviews on this product. Whilst it provided a decent level of pain relief and comfort, a hole appeared above the story strap after the second use make the product unusable. Others seem to have suggested the same fate and I would suggest this unfortunately a design fault. Don't waste your money

Sadly although checking the description the L/XL was too small for a size 10 foot. I was unable to get it over my foot so was unable to get any benefit.Looks good. Postage costs made it uneconomical to return, so I have adapted it by utilising the pad and velcro strap to attempt to make my own version.

I have an Achilles issue which won’t go away. I have tried tape etc and then bought this puppet with the gel pad as it said it was for Achilles tendon issues… so far so good, less pain and more able to go out walking again.

I've had three of these, and each one rips in the same area (see picture). I'm not sure you can wash them either, we did, and the padding came out and is beyond repair.It's a shame because they offered great support, and they enabled me to run without pulling muscles in my lower leg etc. However, the quality of the product is very poor, considering they rip and tear after a few uses, and it appears they can't be put in a washing machine.

I’m sure this is perfect for trainers or shoes. For me, with a knot of scar tissue over my tendon, it is uncomfortable to wear with boots as the pressure pad is so big. I could only wear it for a short period at a time.
