The Ryobi R18PD3RID-215s Twin Pack is an ideal way to start your ONE+ collection, featuring >a popular combination of the R18PD3-0 Combi drill and RID1801M Impact driver. This versatile twin pack comes complete with 2x 1.5Ah batteries and a charger in a durable tool bag.
The Ryobi R18PD3-0 Cordless Combi Drill is ideal for drilling wood, metal, masonry, plastic, plasterboard, ceramic and tiles. A Combi drill has 3 functions; drill, hammer drill and screwdriver. The hammer mode adds additional impact force for drilling hard materials such as concrete, brick and stone – perfect for installing curtain rails, TV brackets, shelving and outdoor lights. The 2-speed gearbox delivers 500/1800rpm and up to 50Nm of torque providing versatility between different applications and materials. The torque settings allow you to drive screws flush each time for a better finish, whilst the LED light makes it ideal for work in poorly-lit areas. A Ratcheting chuck improves bit grip strength, making this tool compatible with all standard drilling and screw driving bits up to 13mm. The integrated bit storage clip keeps the included double-ended (flat head/Pozi) bit stored on the tool and close at hand.
The Ryobi RID1801M is a high-powered Impact Driver designed to fasten and loosen long screws or large bolts quickly. Unlike a Combi Drill, an Impact Driver is capable of delivering very high amounts of torque whilst causing very little twist or reactionary feedback through its handle. The RID1801M makes light work of decking, fencing and roofing, where fastening larger fixings, coach bolts and long screws are essential. The RID1801M has a variable speed trigger for greater control, an impact rate of up to 3400ipm and a quick-load keyless hex drive for quick and easy bit changes. The Tri-Beam LED lights illuminate the work area to improve visibility. Includes an impact bit as well as a 1/3" socket adaptor.

I just got my delivery today and I am doing full home renovations. I have bought cheap power tools before and you can just feel the difference between a named brand and a no named brand. Don't waste money on some cheap no name brand. Ryobi might not be the most powerful tool you can get but its has lot going for it. It would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality tool at a fair price.

I have been looking at impact drivers for around a year now, on and off, deciding what I need and whether any of my home projects really need or require one. Because of that, I never got around to purchasing one but have kept up to date with most of the sets around and their features etc.... So having nearly burnt out my old faithful Stanley fat max drill (fairly large summerhouse disposal) while taking out seemingly thousands of deeply imbedded screws, the realization came apparent, that this was built with an impact driver.Either way, I revisited the thought process for buying one, do i need it? will it be worth it? how much are they? what else can i use it for? etc..I started the search by looking at specs again like what's the best torque rating I can get for the cost, also, what are the reviews for each brand like? I had looked at a similar set to this ryobi one on a well known diy site and found that while cheaper, it was lower spec and out of stock. That version was a carbon copy of this except the driver was lower powered 160NM and not the 220NM offered in this kit.For me nearly breaking my ole trusty Stanley drill made me realize that I need to use the right tool for the right job and there is no point in struggling with the wrong tools. For the cost and benefits gained so far the impact driver has been excellent, performing above and beyond in terms of comfort, power, and lumination as well (tri led are awesome). I should have done this ages ago and saved time and effort! The kit itself was an exclusive on Bolo, and I could NOT find it better priced for the spec anywhere. With this kit I was not only able to get an impact driver, but a replacement drill at slightly lower power than my old one which is great!Plus for a long time I had been unsure of what brands all in one battery system to go with since having a selection of random brands, and im really pleased that this Ryobi kit is as good as I thought. I already started looking at Reciprocating saws that are compatible, so the tool expansion is in full swing! I highly recommend this kit, and will buy other components part of the ONE+ system. It would be preferable for the tools to come in a proper ryobi box rather than a bag, but its not too bad oh and the charger for the kit is lit up like a christmas tree flashing at different charge stages etc..Overall no concerns whatsoever withBuild qualityWarranty lengthCharge timeComfortUseabilityReliabilityAll are great. My old bosch battery tools are getting to end of life, so looked around and the concept of the ryobi one tool range appealed as I also need some to the allotment. Good price range and I didn't want a battery for every tool as I can only use one at a time.Impact driver took a bit of getting used to with confidence, but soon I was a pro ha ha. Upgraded from my ancient, corded drill that weighed a ton and sounded like a bag of spanners. This Ryobi ONE+ kit is a revelation! The combi drill is great for all sorts, even managed to get some shelves up in the brick wall in the garage with the hammer function. But the impact driver... oh my days, that thing is amazing for whacking screws in. Drove some big coach skrews into a new gate post like it was butter. The two 1.5Ah batteries have been fine for the jobs I've done so far, and it's handy having a spare charged up. Definately a proper job for any DIYer.
