I was struggling to afford them from high street retailers & pharmacies so was delighted when I came across over a years supply at a bargain price. I have often been skeptical of any vitamins that aren't GP prescribed especially when they are so cheap but my blood tests have shown my Vitamin D level is in the perfectly normal range for the first time in a long while only after a month of use- which I could tell before the result as I wasn't suffering from the symptoms that come with severe VitD deficiency.The tablets come in an appropriately sized container (no unnecessary extra use of plastic) that is most importantly easy to open for those of us who have difficulty with our joints.The pill size is pleasantly small- I can easily dry swallow them if I don't have a drink to hand. With a quick sip of water they go down even easier. I have taken photos to show you how they compare to a British one penny piece. If you struggle with swallowing, they are easy to break in half. I also prior to writing this review crushed one up using an aid and mixed it with water to see what it tasted like. It wasnt unpleasant at all and I am autistic so have issues with tastes & textures. With a dash of squash it wasn't even noticeable. There is no smell to them either which in the past with other brands has really put me off. Not applicable here luckily!This vitamin ticks all the boxes and any barriers one may have to pill taking can easily be overcome as it's such a great little product. Can't say much more about it really except show your bones some love- especially if you live in a country where the sunshine months are few and far between! As soon as these are gone I will be reordering.

We had a lot of teeth issues until we started taking this vitamin. Simply, the pain is gone. My only thing is that the tablets leaves some kind of powder.

I go to the gym regularly and am always looking for ways to increase my fitness, health and strength in natural ways. I am 46 and research has shown that testosterone drops in men from 20's onward. So exploring ways to keep levels steady or even increase them and many articles mention Vitamin D3 as one of the ways to help with this.I'm on my second week and I have noticed an increase in strength and endurance during circuits and using weights. I also feel a lift my mood (I'm generally happy, but have had to deal with some personal issues with family lately.)So, although early days, positive outcomes thus far. Tablets are small and easy to swallow. I do take other vitamins, but this is the only new thing I'm taking so any changes may well be down to this increase in D3.I will up date as time goes by and I've had more time taking these, but signs so far are good - I'm well pleased.

I was surprised by how small the bottle was. For the past two months I have been buying supermarket Vitamin D (60 tabs of 12.5 mcg). These are 360 tabs of 100 mcg. Same size bottle! The tablets are flavourless and small and one a day is going to take me right through into mid-2021, well within their best before date. Per tablet, these are cheaper than from the supermarket despite being 8 times stronger. Made in Torquay.There is plenty of research showing how most people (particularly BAME, particularly older, particularly those living at high northern latitudes, are deficient in Vitamin D and that this has a negative effect on the immune system. Very important in the present day!

This is my first time using these and at the moment my body is getting this supplement that it needs. They are easy to swallow and if you get monthly supplies of each supplement it will cost you a lot more money. These are worth the money especially in these times of the virus, I did some research on what supplements to take during the virus and vitamin d3 and k2 has a huge role on protecting your body.

Was recommended to get D3 4000iu by a physiotherapist for my arthritis. Have used them since 3/7/19. Don't wake up in agony with stiff joints now, but don't know if that's because of the warmer weather or the D3. Will find out when cold weather returns.

I bought these because it said it helped with a joint pains and I have had a new hip and still get a bit of aching in it so I thought I’d give it a go. And I’ve been using the product a few weeks now and yes it does work well it works for me I’ve been very pleased with it and can highly recommend that I do feel it’s easing the joint.
