5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing Drawing Tablet for Beginners and Beyond!
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I recently picked this drawing tablet for my 13yr old daughter who is getting into drawing and I’m so impressed! The 10x6-inch active area gives her plenty of space to draw, and the textured surface feels really similar to paper—it makes sketching and painting feel super natural and smooth. The 8192 levels of pressure sensitivity are fantastic. The pen responds beautifully to how much pressure she seems to apply, which makes it easy to control line thickness and add details. It feels really accurate and satisfying to use.Setup was way easier than I expected! As a beginner, I was a little nervous, but the USB to USB-C connection made it simple to plug into my laptop and start drawing almost immediately. No frustration, just plug and draw. The 8 customisable express keys are a huge bonus, I’ve got them set up for most-used shortcuts like undo and zoom, and it makes it easier and faster. If you’re just getting into digital art, I can’t recommend this tablet enough. It’s beginner-friendly, super responsive, and feels like a premium tool. Great value for the price!I bought a Frunsi tablet earlier last year and still have it and love it, good quality products.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great product
Great product
4.0 out of 5 stars Excellent tablet 1/2 the price of a comparable Wacom Tablet
It is very good tablet at half the price of a Wacom device, I use it for fine detailed work in Photoshop and find it is excellent for this close up work.I did have an issue with the connection but the supplier were very quick to respond and resolve the matter.
5.0 out of 5 stars Who Needs Paper When You Have This Magic Slate
I’ll be honest—when I first got the UGEE M708, I wasn’t expecting much. “How good can a drawing tablet this affordable actually be?” I thought. Well, joke’s on me, because this thing turned me from a doodler to a full-on digital Picasso (well, almost).First off, the size: 10x6 inches of pure creative real estate. It’s like having a digital canvas that fits on my cluttered desk without making me feel like I’m working on a postage stamp. The pressure sensitivity? 8192 levels. I don’t even know if my emotions have that many layers, but this tablet handles every stroke like a pro.And the pen! No batteries, no charging—just grab it and go. It’s lightweight and so smooth that I’ve started pretending I’m signing important documents during meetings just for fun. Plus, it comes with extra nibs, which is great because I have a talent for losing tiny things. Now, let’s talk hotkeys. The 8 customizable buttons on the side are a game-changer. At first, I had no idea what to program them for, but now they’re like my personal cheat sheet for shortcuts. (Zoom in? Done. Undo my bad decisions? Double done.)Setup was a breeze. I plugged it into my MacBook, downloaded the drivers, and voilà—instant creative freedom.so basically, unless you’re still rocking a typewriter, this tablet has you covered.A minor gripe: the pen holder feels a bit wobbly. But honestly, it’s not a dealbreaker—I’ve just upgraded to “carefully placed mug” storage. If you’re on the fence, let me tell you: this tablet is proof you don’t need to sell a kidney to get pro-level tools. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned artist looking for a reliable sidekick, the UGEE M708 will have you questioning why you didn’t switch to digital sooner.Would I recommend it? Let’s just say I’ve already converted half my friends. Prepare to unleash your inner Bob Ross!
5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely fantastic
This is absolutely amazing. I've been looking for a cost effective way to digitise my sketches and this ticks every box. It's as simple as connecting to a laptop via USB and getting to work. I'm using it in conjunction with illustrator and Photoshop but I love it so much that I'll be looking into more options in the near future. This is compatible with loads of apps.Something with it it accurate and easy. Really makes my work look nicer digitized than it actually is.It's really comfortable to used and what I love about it is that the pad doesn't pick up your palm dragging etc meaning your sketches remain accurate without smudging issues etc.Incredible thing for the money.
5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic
I brought this for my daughter who has had much more expensive pads in the past. Because she needed one for just a few months I choose this one because of the reviews. To my astonishment she absolutely loves it, the sensitivity is above what she is used to, the quality is excellent and it's performance is great. It comes with some very useful extras which have enhanced her experience. Excellent value for money.
3.0 out of 5 stars Tricky setup.
Good product, well packaged, but struggling to setup and use effectively.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great tablet and pen
I liked the ease of installation instructions and size of drawing area. The pen works really well.
Great beginner tablet for people interested in digital art
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } I got this tablet as I start learning digital art and it's been such a good pick! The size feels alright and it's big enough to draw comfortably but not too bulky to carry around. The pen is very responsive and I love that it doesn't need charging. The shortcut buttons are handy once you get used to them, thought they are a little stiff at first! The setup feels like a breeze as the product came with detailed instructions and I easily searched for tutorials for this online as well/ It works smoothly with programs like photoshop.

Obvio la calidad
Lightweight, just works art tablet with _sweet_ pressure sensitivity.
TLDR; Great low cost intro tablet at a great price (bought mine during sale for $40) Great sensitivity and decent construction.Detailed review:The USB PartsSo tested this tablet on a MacBookPro via the provided USB A to USB C adapter. The adapter snaps into place in the USB C port!!! <<< OMG!!!! THIS!!!! Really, why aren't ALL USB C connecters snap in place!? It's in the design spec but most of the time... USB C connectors tend to be... loose. Not this.Speaking of USB... the Micro USB connection on the tablet side is sized so that the cable will fit snugly, avoiding strain on the Micro USB port itself. The space has a slight taper so downward pulling won't cause it to fail. Nice. The BuildIt's built like a thin keyboard with partial folded metal and plastic components. It is SUPER light and if you put the effort in, it will flex. (So will a Wacom, actually... )The surface is smooth. One LED to indicate whether the stylus is within range of the sensor field. It is well lit and isn't super bright. The writing surface is smooth. To be honest, I think that for the price, UGEE puts out a pretty amazing tablet using the induction technology that Wacom pioneered. The buttons on the tablet itself are nice. There is a clear button click, but it is slightly dampened once it bottoms out. Am guessing a tactile micro-switch is under the button. Still, clean button press.SensitivityOkay, this thing has 266 pps for sampling rate and 8192 levels of sensitivity in the sensor. The only tablets I've had experience with are Wacoms from pre-2018. So the sensitivity levels of those are in the 2048 range. I have found that Wacom sensors tend to max out super quick and requires a more managed level of pressure or a curve adjusted nearly to the point of skewed de-sensitivity to avoid bottoming out. With the UGEE 10x6, I found that the lightest touch can produce a very fine line and applying pressure to the stylus while sketching I did not bottom out. When I did a pressure calibration, I was more or less leaving it along the midline, which was a surprise for me.Used it in Clip Studio Paint and at first, I had this thing where the cursor froze for a moment after I lifted the pen at the end of the stroke. Turns out this is due to having set 200 undo levels.... Dropping it down cleared that up.Drawing with this stylus and tablet feels very much pencil and sketch pad. The stylus is about the thickness of a slightly thicker pencil... maybe a pastel? Smaller? Larger? Guess it depends on the brand. But overall, I like it. That 8192 levels and 266 pps REALLY captures my strokes. dang.SoftwareUnlike Wacom's driver software.... UGEE's is VERY minimal and straightforward. But it retains what's important:- customize keys, buttons, and actions per Application.- can easily customize any button on the stylus or tablet.- doesn't induce lag, which Wacom's drivers have for me.
