I am not going to lie - it has been HARD to right the wrongs of our past!! The learnt behavior is STRONG!! but with cards like these that I take literally everywhere with me we can utilise this at any given time!

Bought this for my 4 year old as she was getting confused on her feelings, so by having this when she throws a tantrum it’s helping us to understand as there are 4 adults ( grandparents and her parents so two different generation up bringing) and we now help her to understand what she’s feeling to not shout at her or gets irritated because she can’t tell us how she’s feeling, she just points when feeling over stimulated.Wish it had tired on there as an emotion as this would help most.

The cards are a little smaller than I expected, but it works! Get it!
