I bought these for a two-week holiday and wore them extensively. Whilst defined as for trekking, I would say that they struggle a little on rough ground. But this might just be my sensitive feet.I wanted the closed-toe model rather than the open-toe type since they protect stubbing one's toes.I found the sizing was correct, and the finish and quality as expected. It uses an ankle strap to secure the foot in the sandal. This worked fine and I did not experience at any point any issues with the way this worked. It also has a means to tighten the cover over the foot, which works as designed.The tread is acceptable, but I would have liked a somewhat thicker sole. But as stated above, this is probably me.I liked the colour (I wanted blue), which can be a bit chancy from viewing the pictures on the website.All-in-all, quite acceptable for the price, and I am in no way disappointed with this product. My one criticism is that it is probably overstating it to say these are suitable for serious trekking and hiking. IMHO, you need a heavier sole for this to be the case. But that is a very personal opinion. Others might find the sole fine. I certainly managed to clamber up rough paths, etc. so this is only a minor issue.

Bought it over 2 years ago and the sandals have been on many holidays. Very comfortable, versatile and so far no damage at all. I would happily buy it again.

These are really well made and very comfortable but…don’t wear them in water!I bought a blue pair and got them wet and ended up with feet that looked like I was a Smurf! When drying them, them blue dye made a mess on every surface it dripped on and I had to spend a bit of time scrubbing my feet to get the dye off…with that being said, if you don’t get them wet then these are really quite good - especially for the price

I wanted sandals I can wear outdoors on warm days, e.g. shops, beach, and these fit the mark. These are surprisingly light (which worried me at first), but they have thick soles which raise you by about an inch or maybe more, plus they are so gentle on your feet. It's like the soles you get on trainers/sneakers. I was planning on using them outside only but now I want to wear them indoors too. I may use them when I walk the dogs in the park as well. Though light, the quality seems good, but I've only had them for a day. Their lightness makes them easy to wash under a tap. I am very happy with this purchase.

ALMOST PERFECT
Why almost? Because the show has (for my taste) a frame which is too wide. The pair which I wanted to replace has no protruding frame, and (for my taste) it looks so much better. No, it does not add to comfort or sturdiness; it is just a matter of design.
