This is EXACTLY like the old Colmans French Mustard we all knew it and I can highly recommend it. Happy days ahead.

Love this mustard. It doesn't have the heat that some mustards have. I mainly have this with frankfurters and potato salad, but is great in sandwiches too.

I was a bit shocked that I couldn’t find French (tarragon) mustard anywhere on supermarket shelves, not realising that there’s a worldwide shortage because climate change is affecting mustard plant growing, particularly in Canada where it appears most of our mustard is grown. So somebody enterprising has stocked up on the Waitrose variety and will be making a tidy profit so long as the shortage lasts. That’s capitalism. I am just grateful to be able to get hold of some for my hubby to smear on his once a week rib-eye or sirloin steak. So the jar will last a long time fortunately.
