The media could not be loaded. Super binder, have designed and printed our own calendars and used this to bind them all, it has worked great. Simple to operate, i have included a time lapsed video of me binding a calendar, we used really thick card so I punched the holes per sheet as I did not want to ruin the printing we had done.This is a meaty machine and did it all well, highly recommend.My 17 year old son loves doing wildlife photography and each year we go online and design calendars for the family with his photos taken throughout the year, we have previously used online companies to design the calendar and pay for them to print them but it works out over £20 per calendar and we do it every year so this year we decided to give it a go making them all ourselves and this was a key part of the success and a money saver in the long run.

It does the job and at a considerably cheaper price than some of the alternatives! The estimation that it can punch holes in 10-12 sheets at a time is a vast exaggeration however if you don’t rush and do a few pages at a time, you’ll get good results. It’s a bit fiddly when you’re putting the paper onto the ring binder and it might take you a few practice go’s before you master it! But once you’ve got the hang of it you’ll be good to go! It’s fine for home use- we use it to make work books and bind projects but I think you’d struggle to use it for high capacity needs.

This book binding machine is excellent! and so easy to use. So far I have made around 10 books with no problems whatsoever. using the combs that came with it, I have made both A4 and A5 books (by just cutting the combs down to size to fit the A5 books). The combs that come with it are very small though so I doubt if I'll use 100 of them, and I needed to buy some bigger ones to use for the bigger books so it's a shame it doesn't come with a mixture of different size combs instead of 100 small ones? Anyway, It easily punches the holes in 3 sheets of paper or 2 sheets of card with no problem but more that that and it feels like it is having a little difficulty, but I love it! No more need to get my binding done elsewhere, plus having the machine at home means I can add or remove pages easily myself plus make my own books without waiting (or paying)! Combs are available in lots of sizes and colours and quantities, and are cheap. Add acetate covers front and back or laminated front and back covers, and you have professional looking books. Very highly recommended! However, it is what it is. It doesn't fold away neatly after you have used it, it has a big handle sticking up and a line of pointing spikes. So, after you have finished using it, it needs to be stored away in a safe place, away from where children might play +++++

Broke on third use. Piece of metal sheared off and hit me. Poor quality and not fit for purpose!

Works well
Great product, and meets my needs
Bolo flagged this item for its high return rate. I took time to read some of the reviews and decided to make the purchase.I am very happy with this binder machine. Out did not have instructions so I had to look up a you tube video. Once I figured out out, it was very easy to use and works perfectly for my needs. I learned that only about 8 pages at a time can be cut, else the machine will jam. I had 70-page books to create, so it was slow going. The features were not explained so I had to learn how to along the paper for good, even hole punches. Made several hole punch errors before i got the hang of it. So practice on blank paper several times before working your project.Just take your time and the machine does a terrific job.I recommend this product for your smaller binder book projects.

Be careful cutting plastic cover sheets
I've had no problems making comb-bound booklets with 8.5x11 (US letter) pages. Use the included cardboard sheet to do 6-8 test punches to clean the grease from the teeth. Slide the red size selector to the far left and ~10 pages punch easily. The teeth holes line up nicely within the 8.5" page length and all you need to do is trim the comb on the end (it is designed for 21 holes). The included 3/8" comb binders can hold about 20 pages if you are patient. The only caution I have is to only punch 1 sheet of clear plastic presentation covers at a time. The plastic is gummy enough that the teeth won't cut two or more at a time. One at a time, it works fine. I cut a full box of 100 plastic cover pages to test this unit before moving onto paper (10 sheets at a time). Very pleased with the value for money.
