I bought this for my 19 year old son who has been growing his hair (without even having it trimmed) for five years. His scalp was itching and showed signs of dead skin flakes. After using a full bottle of this and then a third of the way through a second bottle, his head has stopped itching and his flakes of skin have now almost completely gone. He has had his hair cut now but he does only like using this product as its given him more confidence due to the fact that his skin flakes have almost completely disappeared. He did mention that the smell is unusual but he likes it! It smells like 'hot road tar' when it's in the bottle but leaves a fresh scent on his head when he's washed his hair and then dried it correctly and thoroughly (which he didn't do when his hair was long). He does have a sensitive head and most shampoos cause him irritation and itchiness, even some of the larger brands that Asda sell which state that they are suitable for people with sensitive skin. On his behalf I'd definitely recommend this, I'll be buying it continuously for him in the future. The higher price you pay for this item is worth it.

Bought this as I have a really flakey itchy scalp and have been having to wash my hair every other day to get some releif from the soreness and to wash out the flakes.I washed my hair 6 days ago with this shampoo and its just starting to get itchy and a bit greasy.It has no scent like the other T gel shampoos and it's clear.Although it's pricey for a small bottle of shampoo I think it'll last quite a while even though I have long hair.

I have tried many different shampoos to try and combat my dandruff problem, but none have worked until now. This stuff has actually solved the problem, after just a few days use my dandruff is visibly clearer. It also smells really nice. The only issue I have is that the bottle is tiny for the price and you need to use it daily, so it is going to end up costing a fortune. Hopefully I can get it on sale and stock up, as the shampoo itself is great!(I've added a photo to show the bottle size)

Great new product from Neutrogena t gel range. Never been able to use before as it was so harsh but this is great. Works well and keeps my hair soft. If you tried the original and didn’t like it then definitely try this.

I’m literally not using any other shampoo now. It has changed the game. A bit pricey but one bottle lasts maybe a month because I don’t need to use so much and it keeps my hair cleaner than other shampoos for longer (3 days). Hair feels soft and no dandruff. I know I sound like an advert but I really do love this stuff.

I use this because I have a dry, sensitive scalp. It really works. It is gentle but cleans well. I have tried other anti dandruff products but because I don't suffer from dandruff I never got good results. This stops my scalp from becoming dry and flaking. It is the only shampoo I use now.
