Best supplement I have taken in a long time. I’ve been seeing results after 3 months of taking this product (just finishing my 4th box), starting on 1 tablet twice a day and rising to a dosage of 2 tabs in the morning and 1 at night (if on training days - rest days just 2 tabs with breakfast in the morning). I’ve noticed considerable changes in body fat percentage and overall lean mass. Of course it’s not just down to this product, but a good varied diet and training 2-5 times a week has provided a solid base for this catalyst to work. My advice is to have patience and trust the process. If you want to look leaner, eat less & move more, plus include this supplement to aid in the journey. One supplement I’d consider stacking with this is vitamin D. Take a read of some studies of Ashwahandha and vitamin D, respectively, in association with bodybuilding/fitness and then get yourself some of this.

An excellent product unlike a lot of energy suppliments I have used. The price is extremely good - compared to other products on the market. Olimp products are pharmaceutically tested more than once, and proven to work. Very good service from Pigeon Trading - efficient, quick, and the package included two free pre-workout sachets which I've never had with another seller!

At just shy of 50 I'd turned into a grumpy old man, thought it was low t. My t levels came back low but not under the limit for trt.Start taking these after seeing a bit on you tube channels, flipping amazing.Mood has changed , energy levels are up, motivation is back such a massive change.

Before taking these, I was a highly strung working male with a busy job who found it hard to switch off and get myself into parasympathetic state. However, with the introduction of these pills, I now find it easier to drift off into the slumber that I most dearly need.If you can relate to me, I recommend at least trialing them, because you really can't put a price on a great nights sleep (you can, it's £9.45 for 60 nights, but...)

I took two of these spaced apart with meals, the follow day I woke up with pain in my lower side and lower abdomen. Which 5 days in, is still ongoing. I also ended up constipated. Stopped taking them straight away and gradually getting better. But still have mild abdo pain. Please be aware. Olimp I find to be a good supplements brands, just this supplement needs more research.

Effekt war für mich (170cm, 35j, 76kg) nach etwas über einer Woche spürbar.Hab sie mir gekauft nachdem ich immer wieder etwas schläfrig war nach dem Essen zur Mittagspause. Seit ich die unter der Woche nehme, ist das Gefühl weg. Beim Sport (ich betreib Sport 2x die Woche) ist eine Leistungssteigerung zumindest für mich vorhande, man sollte sich aber auch nicht zu viel erwarten.Bin jedoch konzentrieter bei der Arbeit, das Müdigkeitsgefühl ist tagsüber weg. Und seit ich die nehme, schlafe ich interessanterweise auch besser, vor allem nach körperlichen Aktivitäten.Zu den Fragen ob man eine Leistungssteigerung beim GV - kann sein, dass die Errektionen härter wurden, aber ob es an dem Produkt liegt weiß ich ehrlicherweise nicht.
