I originally bought another brand but the price went up and I've been buying these ever since.Easy to swallow, no taste and delivery was quick.

I'm only on day 3 of taking them so far so new to these.I often get really hormonal and very low/anxious/depressed around my monthly cycle and they worked on day 1 of taking them. I also suffer with really bad fatigue on my bleed days to the point where I've nearly crashed my car! These tablets are a godsend. I feel more balanced, have more energy and just generally feel a lot more brighter and positive.I was up until 2 am last night but that may have been because I took siberian ginseng and maca together which gave me double the energy. Oooooooops!Ladies, if you're struggling with mental health, hormonal problems try these. 😊UPDATE......Still having the same effects a few months on!!!Buy it!!! You won't regret it :)

Good quality product at a decent price as well, now how well Maca Root actually works I can not really say, I take a few “Herbal” products on top of a vast amount of medication, so it is hard to tell if it’s actually having any effect. I will keep going with it for now and see what happens.

I'm not sure about this. I was very hopeful as I'm avoiding HRT. I did feel a bit better in the 2 months I was taking these. However it restarted my periods and they were horrendously long and heavy, I was bloating and hormonal. I stopped taking them then restarted because I thought I was imagining it but after 2 weeks I took another period. I've not taken any for a few months now and no periods so it's definitely these thats causing it. It's a shame I was soo hopeful about these

Didn't expect much as wasn't sure about the power of a supplement but I was getting a bit desperate for some help with perimenopausal symptoms and don't want to go down the medical route. Honestly noticed a huge difference within a couple of days. Energy levels increased, less irritable, more even mood, more confident (I know, wierd right?!) and slept better. If I forget to take them I do notice. Great purchase!

I had this brand of Maca Root before, and felt it to be genuine and effective. Then had a different brand (no special reason) and felt it to be less so. So I reverted to this and am again satisfied. You can rarely say much better in relation to supplements.

Within days I noticed improved energy all through the day , waking up much fresher in the morning am general better mood , and huge boost in sex drive , although they say it takes weeks to feel Benefits I found that not to be the case but I look forward to seeing the full benefits in a few weeks of this is what they have done already , I wish I clicked subscribe !

I use this pils at least 3 month and can say I don't feel any difference. How was tell about them when help with mood swings - i got feel when i have even more mood swings, reduce headache- no, help with libido - nothing better, help reduce bloating- nothing change for me , help with weight gain- ppfff... i get more, help with energy- here i can't say yes or no but when i was took 2 pills in one time ,half day i feel how my heart shaking and i realised when is too strong in this case. So all things for each of us is different and we react differently , this is my personal opinion about this product.
