Use this after training and do as the label asks chew them . By all accounts they’re not to bad decent flavour not to gritty and will look at getting them again

I'm glad an effort has been made flavourwise, but for me personally it's incredibly intensely sweet and detracts from my morning coffee experience.If I were to take it after dinner it would equally detract from the delicious savoury dinner flavours and after dinner cuppa flavour.I will say after a few days it's becoming less of an unpleasant surprise, and I'm sure many people wouldn't be this impacted by the taste. Just way too intense for me. I'll keep taking it as per doctor's orders, happy enough if it works.

Don’t forget that 6 tablets are 1 serving so 180 tablets only lasts a month.They taste okay and chew fine.

Honestly, the fact that they’re on Bolo and available for next day delivery is exceptionally convenient. However, they taste like ass. If you have had the chewable creatine from Myprotein, theyre very pleasant to eat and don’t feel like a chore. After a couple of these tablets I literally couldn’t force myself to eat my daily dose. It just tastes like it shouldn’t be eaten if that makes any sense at all. If I had to describe the taste I would say chemical and chalk. Unfortunately they will be going in the bin and I won’t be ordering again.

These chewable tablets are so easy to take and they taste great. Just like chewable vitamins. I have not tried swallowing them because they are rather larger and it is pleasant to chew them.I don't know if it is partly a placebo effect but I feel like I've been able to train harder both with HIIT sessions at the gym and playing basketball. I have taken the full dose 30mins before training or with my lunch.I will continue to report back as I do more training.

My Doctor has advised me to lose weight so I intend to use a combination of food supplements and exercise. These are meant to be taken with water six at a time half an hour before exercise, and on exercise free days, with food.The Berry flavour is extremely tasty and they crumble in the mouth most delightfully.
