This product does work and keeps your trainer/shoes stretched out and help keep the shape however I'm a size 10 so not a small size and in most of my trainers the block doesn't go all the way to the toes of the trainer and stop about half way down. Work brilliantly in boots though

These are maybe a bit better than some but are fundamentally no different from most sprung type she trees or stretchers. The one area they are better than some is in the length of the moulded plastic section. Some are shorter. These provide shaping and support to a longer section of the shoe. However there are others out there that do the same.Good product but I wonder how much I paid for the fancy packaging………
