(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } My car doesn’t get used that much, but when I start it up from cold, since I’ve owned it for the last 5 years, I’ve had a sticky lifter that always rattles for a minute or two, but apart from that it runs fantastic, and never uses a drop of oil and is a low mileage VW AGG 2 litre.It’s not due to lack of oil changes etc and I also tried changing the oil viscosity from 5w/30 to 10w/40, but it was still rattling, so I gave a cheap bottle of Liquid Moly Hydraulic lifter additive a go.It’s absolutely amazing as the lifter tick has completely gone, and it’s so quiet now, that half the time I can’t tell if the engine is running or not from the drivers seat

Car was making an awful racket. Friend recommended this and was shocked to discover it actually works! Engine a lot quieter now!

Just pour into the engine...run for a while. Engine is smoother, certainly - seems quieter.Only problem was the delivery time - 8 days. They must have sent it by donkey. I think I'll just go to Halfords next time.....

It works. The loud ticking sound is gone. There’s more wrong with my car though that can’t be solved by using additives.

Dopo circa 500 Km il rumore delle punterie è leggermente diminuito,ma a motore freddo sono più rumorose di prima.Questa è la mia esperienza con un motore 1.6 CRDI con circa 210.000 Km e un olio 5W40 con 10.000 Km.Prima di usare il prodotto ho cambiato il filtro dell'olio.
