We love this board game, we bought it as it recalls the horrible histories series. And this is the point, I believe that had this been a horrible histories one, it would have been perfect. the questions are likely/unlikely death scenarios, with a true/false answer. However, there is no explanation on the false answer to give nuggets on whether or not the story never happened or it happened slightly differently than in the question. This is a big missed opportunity and I believe this addition would make the game perfect. Overall, a fun game to play, easy rules and fast moving.

It’s a race against Death to be the first player home.This board game is very easy to learn, a description of a death is read out, and each player has to decide whether they believe if it’s true or false. If your correct, you advance your piece around the board, if anyone guesses wrong, you stay put and then death advances the number of spaces of the people who got it wrong, so if two people guessed wrong, death moves 2 spaces.The object is to get to the end before death catches you, you can save yourself from death once, by playing your angel token. See video.A great family game and already a family favourite, the only problem I can find, is that after playing it a few times, you will all get to learn which death is true or false.

Really funny death stories my sons loved this so much we play it once a week gets all the family involved easy to play straight forward instructions

The concept is good but if this is played with more than 4 players the Grim Reaper advances too fast and the game is over within a few moves. It might be better with a change of rules.

This game is great, better with more friends, sadly I have none so 1/10. Would not buy.However if you do have friends then this game is amazing, the deaths will leave you dieing of laughter, although some are a bit boring, but that might be because my second cousin once removed died by attempting to make his car into an amphibious vehicle, it floated for about 50 miles off the Scottish coast. Unfortunately he forgot to attach any form of propelsion and is still missing at sea.

Quick but fun game
Easy game to learn with simple rules. Fun to play with my tween/teen kids. Plays quickly enough that we can play multiple rounds a game night, or play a round and still have time for a different game if we want.
