The Meguiar's Ultimate Paint Kit is a three step process to enable you to achieve a fantastic glossy finish for your paint. Step 1) Meguiar's Ultimate Compound enables you to remove stubborn oxidation, stains, bird dropping blemishes and other sub-surface defects such as swirls and minor scratches while polishing the surface to a mirror finish. Unlike traditional rubbing and polishing compounds that scour the surface, our clear coat safe micro-abrasive produces an amazingly clear finish that is free from scratches, hazing and swirls. Whether working by hand with the even coat applicator provided or with our MT320 Dual Action Polisher, Ultimate Compound is the perfect choice to prepare your paintâs surface. Tip: Results will improve with each pass. Remove residue with a microfibre towel. Step 2) Meguiar's Ultimate Polish is the second step in the process. The Polish provides fantastic gloss, reflectivity and a deep rich wet look through the use of rich polishing oils. Apply with the Meguiar's Even Coat Applicator in the kit. Tip: Never let a Polish dry. Work it into your paint, then buff off immediately with a microfibre towel. Step 3) Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax is our most advanced, pure synthetic hydrophobic wax which offers our longest lasting protection. Synthetic polymers crosslink to form a protective barrier that amplifies reflections for incredible depth & mirror-like shine, without leaving white residue on plastic and rubber. Meguiar's Thin Film technology makes application and wipe-off effortless, even in full sun! Apply with the soft foam applicator in the kit. Tip: Use sparingly. A ÂŁ1 coin amount should cover an average bonnet. Evenly spread, then leave to cure (10-15 minutes) before buffing off with a clean Microfibre towel.

I used this today on my Triumph Bonneville SE fuel tank to removea lot of minor scratches. After washing, first compound, then I tried clay which I thought is used to clean the surface but just put clay all over it. Cleaned it off. Used compound again. Wiped off. Then polish. Wiped off. Then the liquid wax. I'm very pleased with the results. I noticed a deeper scratch now that the surface is so good. I will spot treat that next. I also noticed a very small chip. I guess I will need a paint match treatment for that. Otherwise, a quick and easy set of products to use. Great results.

Good stuff for the average guy doing a bit of detailing.Well engineered products, designed to be easy and safe to use. I have so far only used the compound by hand, which is hard work but they all are, good thing with this compound is the minimised risk of paint damage.I have used the polish with a DA polisher and it is also really good stuff, satisfying results from just a couple of passes, pretty easy to wipe off.If you have a car that needs a bit of attention, you won't go wrong with this stuff.

Amazing.I am not a detailer or valeter, but it was easy to use and i watched Maguiars youtube videos to learn how to do it.I washed car, then used clay bar for deep clean and then started the 3 stage process.Washing car and using clay bar was really easy, after clay bar, the car looked shiny and so smooth.Compound is easy to apply but takes time to apply and wipe off every area, polish is the same process as compound.Wax is easy to apply and easy to wipe off, I did whole car, left it about 30 min and wiped off. It all depends on environment for how long you leave it on. Do the finger wipe test before wiping off.My car looks better than it did do when new and its 5 years old.I did it all by hand and it took me 10 hours from start to finish, wash, clay, compound, polish and wax. Obviously using machine to apply product would probably be half the timeIt rained next day and last picture shows beading

This stuff is the real deal
Have a custom painted show motorcycle that had some light scratches and scuff marks. Professional details wanted hundreds of $$$, no thanks. Solid reviews on this product and an inexpensive solution for me. I paied this kit with a clay bar and spray and am happy with the results. The compound removed the light scratches and scuff marks + the polish and wax max'ed out the shine. Great product and money well spent.
