Throne are the best quality vitamins you can buy. They use the best quality ingredients, and you can tell the difference from cheap vitamins. I know they are expensive, but they really are good quality, and you get more benefit from them.

I don't have any scientific measurements that these have increased my zinc levels, but what I can say is my symptoms of zinc deficiency are dwindling not long after starting these. They are a nice small form factor, easy to swallow, you get a good amount for the price, from a well-respected brand in the supplement community. 5 stars!

Greatly Effective on Adult Acne
Using Thorne's Zinc Picolinate 15mg for 7 months now. Started seeing positive improvements in my Adult, Cystic, Inflammed Acne in the first month itself. Will be ordering my 4th bottle soon. I consume one before bed or on empty stomach during the day if forgotten. 1 seems sufficient for me instead of the recommended dosage of 2. I also break the continuity for few days in between or alternate days. For the past few months I have had the rare fortune of feeling totally Acne-free on some days, while there are still a couple of cystic ones around that time of the month, which I am ok with. But overall, it has improved both my acne problem and inflammation GREATLY. I wish atleast 1 doctor would have prescribed it, but interestingly none did.I hope my review helps those who have been fighting acne for a large part of their lives, to make an informed decision.My advice would be to try it for atleast 2 months with regular exercises or cardio for sweat (toxins release and hormonal balance) and cutting sugar, dairy, wheat products as much as you can. Have dinner around sunset following circadian rhythm, sleep for proper 7 hrs and have sufficient water intake.You got this!!!
