Directions
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush in circular motions for approximately 2 minutes, ensuring to reach all areas of the mouth, including the gum line. Rinse thoroughly after brushing.

No ordinary toothpaste works for me, I end up getting bleeding gums no matter how much i try to floss and look after them. so worth the money. I'd rather pay more than pay pounds and have bad oral hygiene. The only thing is I feel like it maybe discolouring my teeth or at least not making them white. So I'd say use it with a good whitening toothpaste afterwards.

If sensodyne and other toothpastes of the like make your gums more senstivie then I highly recommend this toothpaste. Lathers well. Fresh breath. Clean feeling. And no sensitive gums during brushing! I can handle the dentist cleanings now. This is my go to toothpaste for years now.
