I'm also not usually a fan of brushes to apply root cover, preferring the sponge applicators. But this actually works! I don't know if it's the product or the brush but it adheres to my hair really well and gives really good coverage and I am more than 90% grey. It's no substitute for hair dye or the sprays (which go everywhere) but I was very pleasantly surprised how well it worked for a quick touch up in between hair dying. Would recommend.

Good coverage for where hair loss shows on hairlines & good for eyebrows too. Just disappointed with the expensive price of the product.Does rub off onto pillow as expected as is not a permanent hair product.

Excellent to cover up grey roots without doing anything permanent. My roots come through quickly and these have been life savers and stopped me from buying a box dye in between my appointments.

It's the same as hair chalk really, a little more refined and not as dry making, but will transfer still so not good for a rainy day or if you put your hands through your hair a lot. The dark brown is too rich warm brown for me, not dark enough really, should have got black I think. Looks like an eyeshadow palette with brush (which is effective & easy to use)m. Good for emergencies but wouldn't use all the time. Was a good try but not for me unfortunately.

I do prefer this to the sprays, which I seem to manage to get all over the skin too and don't really like spraying products into the air as makes me cough. This works well to cover grey roots, have to apply each morning, no problems

Has a greying tinge
This product mostly covers the grey … however, it has a greying brown tinge and that sort of does seem blended in. Am not very impressed. I have used WOW in the past and decided to see if this is a more economical substitute. It’s not. WoW is 4 times the cost however it’s definitely much superior in grey coverage.
Great coverage
Had an unexpected engagement and could not make it to the salon in time for a much needed root touch up, so I had to improvise. This stuff is great! I have dark brown hair with a lot of white roots. I was very impressed with the amount of coverage, it stayed in even with repeated brushing throughout the day. Went on smooth, looked natural, and wiped off my skin easily when I made mistakes. Even used it to fill in my brows a little.

Good product and orginal powder had a good color does not show
Works well to cover gray
I've tried many different products to cover my gray in between color treatments and this is the easiest, most precise method. I like that you can brush it on and it wipes off the skin easily. I just guessed on the color and it was perfect. Even after a sweaty workout, it stays on pretty well. I bought several so I can carry one in my purse, keep one at home and one at work.
