What makes Omica Organics' Liquid Stevia extracts unique?
Our Liquid Stevia is a highly-concentrated direct extract. Created using our proprietary TruExtract method, this is un-reconstituted from white powdered stevia extract (unlike other liquid stevia products that are reconstituted from dehydrated stevia).
This is a true liquid extract that has not been spray-dried. It is only slightly filtered, leaving the beneficial micronutrients intact. The result is an aromatic, dynamic sweetness without the bitterness associated with other stevia products.

You see how honey crystallizes around the top of the jar … just like our stevias,it crystallizes because it’s so naturally sweet. If this happens just immerse the bottle in boiling water for 20 mins
The majority of stevias are made using the inorganic solvents methane, hexane or ethyl acetate. We choose not to use those chemicals (which is one reason why you don't taste their residue in our stevias).
Without them, our stevia retains the concentrated level of sweetness naturally found in stevia leaves, which in turn may cause cloudiness and coagulation.
Basically it's a choice between having clear, bitter liquid with chemicals, or naturally sweet stevia without chemicals which may cloud. We chose the chemical-free option.
In fact, stevia leaves are not bitter and, although more expensive to manufacture, quality aftertaste-free stevia can be made via our more natural, solvent-free process.
